1. About these store terms

These terms apply to merchandise orders placed through the Hills Run Club WooCommerce store at hillsrunclub.com. The seller is HILLS RUN CLUB PTY LTD (Hills Run Club, we, us or our). Contact admin@hillsrunclub.com with questions about an order or these terms.

These store terms are separate from our running and event terms. Purchases made through shop.mivio.com remain subject to the seller details and policies provided for that purchase.

2. Product information and sizing

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Minor screen-related colour differences may occur. Please check the description, size guide, selected size and quantity before ordering. Product availability and descriptions may change for future orders, without reducing your rights for an order already placed.

3. Placing an order

Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery details and use only a payment method you are authorised to use. Keep any account login details secure. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If we cannot supply your order, or identify an error affecting it, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate correction or refund. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

Our apparel is made to order. Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes may not be possible once production has started. This does not limit cancellation or other rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

4. Prices and payment

All store prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). No GST is charged. Shipping costs and any applicable discount are shown before payment. The total displayed at checkout is the amount payable. Promotions may have their own eligibility, product, expiry and usage conditions.

5. Discount codes

Enter a valid discount code before completing checkout. A code applies only to eligible products and within its stated limits. Codes cannot be combined unless expressly stated. Single-use vouchers that have already been redeemed are not reissued by the store migration. A discount code is not cash or a stored-value gift card unless it was expressly issued as one.

6. Production and shipping

Orders are currently delivered within Australia only. Please read our Store Shipping Policy for production estimates, delivery charges, pickup, tracking and assistance with delays. Delivery estimates do not remove your consumer rights, and we remain your point of contact for delivery problems.

7. Returns and consumer guarantees

Please read our Store Returns and Refunds Policy before ordering. Made-to-order products are not returnable for change of mind or incorrect size selection. This does not affect remedies for faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. These rights take priority over any inconsistent wording in our policies.

8. Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information. We use order and contact details to process payments, arrange production and delivery, manage returns and provide support. Necessary details may be shared with payment processors, production and delivery providers, and providers supporting our website and order communications.

Order and service emails are separate from marketing consent. Making a purchase does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. Do not send full card details by email.

9. Website use and intellectual property

Use the store lawfully. Do not misuse another person’s account, submit misleading information, interfere with security or infringe another person’s rights. Store content and branding belong to their respective owners. Shopping with us does not grant permission to reproduce or commercially use that content.

Third-party websites and payment services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Links to them do not change our responsibility for goods sold by us or your non-excludable rights.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for future orders. The version provided when you place an order applies to that order, subject to your rights under applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without excluding any mandatory rights that otherwise apply. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
