Hills Run Club apparel is made to order. Please allow time for production as well as delivery.
Production and dispatch
Most orders are dispatched within 7 to 14 days. After dispatch, standard delivery within Australia typically takes a further 3 to 7 days. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Any product-specific timing shown before you order takes priority.
Delivery areas and prices
Our Hills Run Club online store currently accepts delivery addresses within Australia only. Available delivery methods and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Standard delivery: $12.95 AUD.
- Express delivery: $19.95 AUD, where available at checkout.
Express delivery does not shorten the made-to-order production period. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date.
Free local pickup
If you select Pickup at checkout, collection is free from the location you choose: Glenhaven Oval (Thursday Morning Run) or Balmoral Road Reserve (Tuesday Night Run). Made-to-order production time still applies. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before coming to collect it. Contact us to confirm collection arrangements.
Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped, we will email your tracking details. Please check that your email and delivery address are correct when ordering.
Need it by a specific date?
Email admin@hillsrunclub.com before placing your order so we can confirm whether your timeframe can be met.
Late, missing or damaged deliveries
If your expected delivery date has passed, or your parcel arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the relevant delivery or production provider and help resolve the issue. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
