Your consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

These rights apply to made-to-order and sale items too. This policy does not impose a 14-day limit on statutory rights or require faulty goods to be unused or in their original packaging.

How to report an issue

Please inspect your order on arrival and, where possible, tell us about delivery damage, an incorrect item or a visible print defect within 14 days. This helps us investigate promptly, but does not reduce your consumer rights if a fault becomes apparent later.

Email us with:

• Your order number or other proof of purchase.
• The date you received the item.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photographs of the issue, where possible.

We may need to assess the item before confirming the appropriate remedy. Contact us for return instructions before posting an item. If a fault is confirmed, we will cover reasonable return postage costs. Please retain your postage receipt.

Change of mind and size selection

Because our products are made to order, we do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including where you selected the wrong size. Please check the product size guide and your selection before ordering. Minor colour differences caused by screen settings are not, by themselves, a reason for a change-of-mind return. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, incorrectly supplied or materially different from its description.

Damage caused by misuse or failure to follow care instructions is not covered as a product fault. Sale items and gift cards are not refundable for change of mind, without limiting any rights that apply by law.

Exchanges and replacements

We do not offer direct exchanges for change of mind. For faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, we will arrange the remedy you are entitled to, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days, unless another method is agreed. Bank processing times may vary. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email admin@hillsrunclub.com.
