Claims close at 11:59PM on Thursday 5 November: choose your top, your bike shorts and your sizes. Halara hands them out on the night, so come along to collect yours. Claiming registers you for the run.
Men, we'll see you at the start line too. Everyone is welcome: one 3km lap, or two. Run, jog or walk, every pace is welcome. After the run there's a short interview session with Halara for anyone keen to take part.
